Can we talk about that produce stand I found off Route 9

I was driving home from work last Tuesday, totally out of ideas for dinner, and I spotted this little stand near the old mill. Guy had a bin of wrinkled bell peppers and some sad looking onions for like 2 bucks. I grabbed them, threw them in a pan with some pasta I had sitting in the cabinet, and it honestly turned out better than my usual takeout. Anyone else ever rescue random veggies from a random roadside spot like that?

Better than takeout" is a low bar though.

Totally agree, @margaret_singh1. My last "better than takeout" meal was basically just reheated frozen pizza with some extra cheese thrown on top.
