I slipped and fell at a commercial property recently because of a massive leak they didn't clean up or put signs out for. I messed up my back pretty bad and the medical bills are piling up. Man, that sucks. Don't sign anything from their insurance company! They always try to get you to settle for pennies before you realize the full extent of your injuries.
