Actually, some of the BEST discussions come from tangents. Like last week on a gardening forum, we started talking about soil pH and ended up sharing family recipes for natural fertilizers. Those random jumps can uncover hidden gems that a strict topic would miss. Sure, main points might get sidetracked, but often they come back around with more context. The messiness is where real community happens, not just dry info exchange.
