I finally set up a neighborhood watch after a series of package thefts
Last month, we had THREE packages stolen from our porch in one week. I talked to my neighbors and found out it was happening to them too. We decided to start a simple group chat to report suspicious activity. Now, if someone sees a strange car, they text the chat immediately. It's made a HUGE difference in feeling safe at home. I urge everyone to connect with their neighbors before something bad happens. It doesn't have to be formal, just a way to look out for each other. Trust me, it's worth the small effort.
