My home workout spot grew from a jump rope to a power rack

I began with just a jump rope and bodyweight moves in my living room. Over time, I bought a bench, some kettlebells, and finally a power rack. It's wild to think I once thought you needed a gym for a good workout. Now I do almost everything at home and see solid results.

Consider how @jakep24 nailed the idea of starting small. What was the actual moment you realized the home setup was working as well as a gym? That shift in thinking seems like the real win.

How often do we start things thinking we need all the gear? Your setup shows you can build something real from just one simple tool. It proves starting small beats never starting at all.

Totally get that, my own "power rack" is still just a doorframe pull-up bar that creaks. @gray_white is right about that shift though, it hits you when you skip the gym drive for the third week straight.
