I used to skip meals before my home workouts. Big mistake.
For a long time, I would just jump into my bodyweight exercises without eating anything first. I felt weak and often quit early. Then I read about how a small snack can boost your energy. I started having a banana or some yogurt about 30 minutes before working out. My performance improved immediately, and I could complete my full routine. That simple test changed my whole approach. Now I never start a session without a bit of fuel.

But is it really that big of a deal? I mean, a lot of days I'll do a full morning of physical work on just coffee and be fine. Sometimes you're just not hungry. Are we overthinking a simple workout? It's not like you're running a marathon, it's just some push-ups in your living room. Could it just be in your head?
