Confused about my push-up progress stalling even with daily workouts
I've been doing push-ups every day for a month, but I'm not getting stronger, and I'm not sure if I should take rest days or try different exercises.

Blame your muscles for going on strike. I mean, idk, maybe they just need a day off to chill.

Rest days are key, @betty213, but muscles repair better with light activity than just chilling!

Ever feel like your muscles are on strike? I tried daily push-ups once and my arms just gave up, stuck at the same count for weeks! You might be overdoing it without enough rest. Your body needs time to repair to get stronger. Try taking a day off or mixing in other exercises to shock your system. Don't give up, you'll break through that plateau!
