I finally picked a grinder and it made a huge difference

For months I was stuck between a cheap blade grinder and saving for a decent burr model. I went with the Timemore C2 hand grinder after reading a ton of reviews. The first cup I made with it was so much cleaner, no more bitter sludge at the bottom. Anyone have tips for the best grind setting for a V60 with light roast beans?

What took you so long? I used a cheap one for years and thought it was fine. Then my friend let me borrow their nice grinder and it was a total game changer. The difference in how the coffee tastes is insane. It makes everything else in the process way easier too.

Right? I felt so dumb when I finally upgraded. I was out here drinking coffee that tasted like dirt for years and didn't even know it.
