A coffee farm visit in Costa Rica gave me a new brew idea
The farmer made coffee with a cloth filter and coarse grind. I tried it at home and now my pour-over tastes way better... never going back.

Try a cloth filter with your French press too, it gives a cleaner cup than the metal mesh. I found it cuts down on grit but keeps all the richness and body. Honestly feels like unlocking a whole new side of your beans lol.

Cloth filters are solid, but paper ones always felt like extra work to me @brown.reese. Just another thing to buy and keep clean.
