Just had a client in Dallas bring in a photo of a 'glass hair' cut they saw online

I was sure it was a filter, but after checking the stylist's tagged work for 30 minutes, the technique is real and involves a specific razor-over-comb method. Has anyone actually tried this or know a good tutorial?
