I mounted a shallow drawer under my bench for all my gauges and tools. Now I can slide it out when needed and tuck it away to save space.

Ugh, that's the worst feeling. I had a cheap socket set where the plastic tray latch failed, dumping every single size onto my garage floor. Spent twenty minutes on my hands and knees sorting them back into the right slots. Never bought that brand again.
