Built my own modular shelf system after 3 failed attempts with pre-fab kits

Tbh those $50 wire shelf kits from the big box store drove me nuts for months - they always wobbled after loading up my winter tires. Finally measured my garage wall and built a 2x4 and plywood setup that cost me $65 total and it's rock solid after 6 months. Anyone else ditch the store-bought stuff and go custom?

Oh man, the real hidden win here is that you can actually take those shelves apart and reconfigure them if you move - try that with a pre-fab kit without snapping every plastic clip.
