Messed up a mahogany table with a 'quick-dry' polyurethane

I used a new 'one-hour recoat' poly on a client's dining table, and it ended up with a weird, milky haze in the finish (like it cured too fast, maybe?). Has anyone else had this happen with fast-dry topcoats on solid wood?

Milky haze isn't the end of the world...

You say it's not the end of the world. But it kills the clarity. Makes a good bottle look cheap.
