I used to be a purist about not mixing condiments in the fridge

I always kept ketchup, mustard, and mayo in separate sections (like a weirdo). Then last week I had half a jar of pickles, some leftover pulled pork, and a random sweet potato - threw it all together with a swirl of bbq sauce and mayo and it was honestly the best meal I've had in months. What's your go-to 'dirty fridge' combo that sounds terrible but works?
