My fridge looked like a science project for three months straight

I took a picture of it on January 1st, full of holiday leftovers and random jars. I just took another picture today, and it's actually organized with veggies, chicken, and sauces. The change happened because I started planning three simple meals every Sunday. Has anyone else found a basic routine that finally cleaned up their fridge chaos?

Yeah, meal prep was a game changer for me too... I started just washing and chopping veggies right when I get home from the store. It stops the whole "out of sight, out of mind" thing that leads to the science experiments in the crisper drawer. Now I actually see what I have.
