Thought those 'client feedback' templates were a waste of time. Then a guy in Phoenix sent me a 12-page email about his cat.

Wait, twelve pages? What could you even say about a cat for that long? Did he include a family tree going back three generations, or like, a detailed review of every brand of cat food ever made? I'm picturing footnotes and charts of nap times.

Phoenix guy probably had a whole section on the cat's favorite sunbeams. @coleman.avery, I'm more stuck on what the client thought you were supposed to DO with that info. Like, were the last six pages just demands for a website redesign that matches the cat's eyes? I'd be checking the original project brief to see if "feline biography" was actually in the scope. That email sounds like a cry for help disguised as feedback.
