Man, that sounds like a real headache. Reminds me of when my bar switched to a cheap cola brand and all the rum and cokes started tasting flat. Sometimes the new supplier just doesn't have the same stuff in the mix, you know? You gotta wonder if their alloy has a different gas content or maybe some trace element causing trouble. Definitely seems like the new ingots are the only thing that changed. Hope you can get the old batch back or make them fix it!
