Wow, I always saw slag as waste but this actually makes sense.

My uncle used slag to fill in potholes on his dirt driveway years ago. It held up better than gravel and never washed out in the rain. Kinda made me look at industrial byproducts differently, like there's always a second use if you get creative. Still surprising how often we throw stuff away that could be repurposed.
