Took me a whole year to find a VHS copy of The McPherson Tape

Finally tracked down a working VHS of The McPherson Tape last month after hunting for like a year. Kept finding overpriced bootlegs on eBay or tapes that were all chewed up. Then a guy in a horror forum sold me his copy for $15 because he said streaming killed his VHS player. Anybody else spend way too long hunting down an obscure found footage gem?

And I swear I saw someone on another thread say they found a similar one at a flea market for like five bucks a few years back. It's wild how these things just end up in random places, especially since some collectors pay crazy money for them online. I recall hearing that the original owner's family just donated a bunch of stuff without checking, not knowing what they had. Lucky find for whoever snatched it up, though (hopefully they didn't just throw it back without a second look).
