Thought The Blair Witch Project was overhyped until I watched it alone at 2am

I used to laugh at people saying it was the scariest movie ever lol. Then last Halloween I put it on with all the lights off and headphones in. That ending scene where he's standing in the corner... man I literally jumped and knocked over my drink. The fact that nothing really happens on screen makes it way worse in your head. Anyone else have a found footage movie they dismissed then changed their mind on?

Wait, are you saying you actually spilled your drink on something important? Because @mark731 that would be just my luck too if I did that. I swear every time I get near anything with a screen or a device I end up with coffee on my hand or something. It's like the universe knows I'm about to mess up and just waits for the right moment. I'd probably end up shorting out my whole laptop just trying to clean it up.
