Paid $20 for a 'rare' found footage tape on eBay - it was just a kid's birthday party from 1999

I saw this listing for an unmarked VHS tape that the seller claimed was 'creepy home video footage from an abandoned house'. Got it in the mail yesterday and popped it in - it's literally 45 minutes of a kid blowing out candles at a Chuck E. Cheese in Phoenix. No creepy stuff, no abandoned house. Just a mom yelling at someone named Steve to get more pizza. Has anyone else gotten burned by those mystery tape listings, or did I just pick a bad seller?

Dude, did your seller use the same photos as my buddy Mark's tape? He paid like 30 bucks for one labeled "strange noises in empty farmhouse" and got a wedding reception from 1997. It was just somebody's grandma dancing to "Macarena" and a drunk uncle knocking over a cake.
