Rant: I switched from a basic floral knife to a proper Hatori and it's a total game changer.

The Hatori blade is way sharper and the grip is more comfortable, so my stems are cleaner and my hand doesn't cramp after big wedding orders. Has anyone else found a specific tool that made a huge difference in your daily work?

Totally agree about the hand cramp thing. I had the same problem with my old shears until I switched to a pair with an offset handle. The difference in all day comfort is insane.

Honestly @fisher.mason, that reminds me of when I tried using my dad's old straight-handle clippers for a whole yard. My wrist was shot for a week.
