Saw a hotel lobby in Nashville using that new click-lock vinyl plank on a huge curved staircase

Actually had to do that on a weird angled landing in my own house. The trick was using a heat gun on the planks right at the bend, just enough to make them flexible without melting. Took a few tries to get the pressure right when clicking the next piece in. A rubber mallet and a scrap piece of flooring as a tapping block saved the locking edges.

Did you try @noahbaker's heat gun trick on the curved part first?

Honestly I'd skip the heat gun on a curve that tight. Seen too many planks warp or the finish get weird. A good jigsaw cut and some extra adhesive is way more reliable.
