Hot take: Grout left unsealed on tile jobs always fails fast

I keep fixing floors where the grout gets dirty and cracks within a year. Putting sealer down right after laying tile prevents this mess every time. What's your routine for grout sealing, or do you skip it?

Did you ever see a tile guy skip the final wipe down? I watched one finish a job and walk away while the grout was still wet. It made me realize that the last steps matter as much as the first.
