Rant: That one day in February where every horse had a thrown shoe
It was 7 clients in a row, all front shoes gone, and my back felt it for a week. Anyone else have a weird run like that where it felt like the universe was testing you?

Oh man, seven in a row is brutal. I keep a cheap back brace in my truck for days like that, total lifesaver.

Seven in a row is rough alright... that heat wrap trick sounds smart too, might have to try both next time I'm stuck on a long stretch like that.

Totally stealing that back brace idea. I did a ten day stretch last month and my lower back was screaming by day five. Ended up using one of those heat wraps you can stick inside your shirt just to make it through.
