I thought bread machines were junk until my aunt proved me wrong
For years I told everyone bread machines were a waste of counter space. My aunt Sharon from St. Louis kept raving about hers and I just rolled my eyes. Then last Thanksgiving she made this honey oat loaf that was legit better than any bakery bread around here. She walked me through it. She just threw in flour, yeast, water, salt, and honey and pushed a button. Three hours later I was eating warm bread with butter. I finally bought one used for $15 at a garage sale last month and I've made 12 loaves so far. The crust comes out perfect every time and my kids actually eat the crust now. Has anyone else had a change of heart about an appliance you swore you'd never buy?
