Finally got my phone's screen-on time down to 3 hours a day after a month of trying.

I started using the digital wellbeing tools on my phone and set a 15-minute timer for my worst apps, which was a huge help because I was mindlessly scrolling for hours before.

That's a solid win, honestly. Those timers are the only thing that works for me too, they force you to actually stop and think. Good job sticking with it for a whole month.

Yeah my buddy tried that timer trick last year. He said it was weird at first but after a few weeks he caught himself pausing before buying stuff online.
