TIL my average facial client is 42 years old

I finally looked at my client data from the last six months and the average age came out to 42, which really surprised me because I always thought I was mostly seeing people in their late 20s. It made me realize I should maybe adjust some of my product recommendations and marketing to better fit that age group's main skin concerns. What's the average age of your client base, and did it change how you run your business?

You said you should adjust for that age group, but that's a mistake. Averages can be misleading and you might alienate your younger regulars. I'd stick with what's been working.

Saw a study that said chasing averages can actually hurt both groups... better to look at why people leave instead of just age.

So what's the actual data showing about those younger regulars? Are they dropping off, or is this just a worry about future numbers? Hard to stick with what works if you don't know what's breaking.
