That whole "teaching skin to behave" thing is so true. Makes you wonder what other daily tasks we could reframe like that, right?

I get what you're saying, Nina, but I'm not sure everything needs to be that deep. I mean, putting on moisturizer isn't exactly like training for a marathon. It's just lotion. And to answer what @abbyr96 was asking earlier about best advice from a random talk, honestly the best thing I ever heard was from a dermatologist who said most people overcomplicate their routine. That kind of stuck with me more than any motivational spin on daily tasks. Sometimes the simplest stuff is the most useful.
