Just switched up my stance on pre-treatment stretches for wrist pain. A week of trying it proved me wrong.

People really out here treating wrist pain like it's a major medical crisis. A week of different stretches isn't exactly groundbreaking research.

Remember when everyone swore by those rice bucket workouts for grip strength? I did that for a solid month before my coach saw me and just started laughing. Turns out I was basically just making expensive hand soup for no reason lol. Sometimes you just gotta try the thing to learn it's not for you.
