Can we talk about that weird moment at the Denver spa convention last month?

I was watching a demo on sensitive skin treatments and the esthetician said 'sometimes less pressure is more product' when she was showing a new serum technique... I tried it on a client with rosacea yesterday and the redness calmed down in like 20 minutes. Has anyone else had a simple tip from a demo totally shift their routine?

What specific technique did she use to apply less pressure?

Man, that's a tough one to figure out. She probably just got really good at letting the tool's own weight do the work instead of pushing down. A super light touch takes a lot of practice to get right.

Yeah totally, that's exactly it. I spent months trying to figure out why my lines looked so heavy compared to some of the old timers and it came down to just trusting the tool more. Once you stop white-knuckling it everything starts to flow way smoother.
