A client told me my brow wax was too "aggressive" and now I use a different technique entirely
I switched from hard wax to soft wax and started checking in with them after each strip, has anyone else had to change their whole approach from one comment?

I get what park.adam is saying with that "war crime" comment but honestly it's wild how one tiny critique can flip your whole process upside down. It's like when someone tells you you're holding your fork wrong at a dinner party and suddenly you're paranoid about every bite you take. One client told me my voice was too loud on a conference call and now I whisper like I'm in a library, it sticks with you. That's just how people work I guess, we latch onto a single piece of feedback and let it rewrite the script for everything we do. Makes you wonder how many little changes we make just because somebody said something once.
