Shoutout to the $40 thermal imager I grabbed on a whim
It found a hot splice in a junction box that my hand couldn't even feel, probably saved a call back. Anyone have a favorite budget tool that's paid for itself?

Honestly, those cheap thermal cameras are game changers. They show you stuff you'd never catch by touch alone. That forty bucks just saved you a major headache.
