That thing been sitting there through two seasons now, right? Wonder if anyone's actually reported it to the city or called the property owner, cause it seems like one of those things everyone just walks past. Could be a fire hazard for sure, but also maybe a shelter situation nobody wants to touch. Either way, what's the real story behind why nobody's dealt with it yet?
