My coworker roasted my monitor alignment and I fixed it in 5 minutes
I had my two 27 inch monitors set up with one angled slightly toward me for weeks. Thought it looked fine. Then a guy on the dev team walked by and said 'your neck is gonna hate you in 6 months with that setup.' He showed me how to tilt both screens so the inner edges meet at a perfect 120 degree angle from my chair. I adjusted the stands and moved my chair back 6 inches. Now I can turn my head instead of my whole body to see the second screen. Has anyone else had someone call out a bad monitor position that you never noticed?

Had a buddy who got roasted by the office admin for his monitor setup, had one screen practically on his desk and the other up on a stack of books. She just walked over and said 'your eyes are gonna cross looking at that mess' and adjusted both to eye level for him. Took 2 minutes and he said it was like getting a new pair of glasses.

120 degree angle is a bit much. Most ergonomics guides say 110 is the sweet spot for dual monitors. But yeah, having someone else look at your setup is basically free physical therapy.
