Had a brutal week with my dual screens at my home office in Phoenix...

So Monday I decided to rearrange my desk for better ergonomics. Moved my secondary monitor to the left and lowered it 2 inches. By Wednesday my neck was killing me and I kept losing my cursor. I spent 4 hours trying to get my DisplayFusion profiles to stick but Windows kept forgetting which screen was which. Finally just put everything back to where it was on Friday and now I'm 100% better. Anyone else waste a whole week trying to "optimize" a setup that was already fine?

You lowered it 2 inches? That's a pretty small change to wreck your whole week. Did you adjust your chair height too or just try to move the monitor and hope for the best? I've made that mistake before where I tweak one thing and then spend days chasing my tail trying to fix the fallout.

Oh boy, you caught me. Two inches doesn't sound like much but it turned my whole desk setup into a nightmare. I tried just moving the monitor and left the chair where it was, which gave me this weird forward hunch that pinched my neck for three days. Ended up moving the chair up half an inch, then realizing my feet didn't touch the ground, then grabbing some old textbook to use as a footrest. Classy, I know.
