PSA: My ultrawide monitor experiment - is bigger really better for productivity?

I switched from a 27 inch 4K to a 49 inch ultrawide last month, and after three weeks I'm honestly torn. The horizontal space is great for timeline editing in Premiere, but I find myself turning my head way more than I did with two separate monitors. For those who went ultrawide, did you stick with it or go back to dual monitors?
