After a botched job, I swear by scoring drywall from the back.

Scoring from the front causes unnecessary tears and delays.

Scoring from the back? That seems completely wrong to me.

Seriously, how else would you get a clean fold? Scoring from the front can leave you with a ripped surface. I'm genuinely curious about your method.
