Hit 2000 square feet drafted in a single day last Tuesday - is speed or accuracy more important?
I somehow managed to draft 2000 square feet of floor plans in one day and I'm still not sure if I should be proud or worried about mistakes. Found 3 errors when I checked my work the next morning, which makes me wonder if anyone else prioritizes speed over precision when deadlines get tight.

Were those 3 errors stuff a client would actually catch or more like internal drafting details that only you would notice? Because that changes everything about whether your speed matters. I've seen guys brag about drafting fast then miss a door swing or window placement that screws up the whole elevation. At the same time, if you're just talking about line weights or dimension precision that nobody checks, who cares.

Margaret, those 3 errors were all dimension callouts that nobody but me would ever notice. Still bugs me though - were the errors you caught mostly stuff that actually mattered for the build or just internal junk?
