A reviewer in Seattle told me my dimension lines were too thin for their old plotter

They sent back a set of prints with a note saying the 0.15mm lines were fading out completely on their older HP 755. I switched my default to 0.25mm for all basic dimension layers, and it fixed the issue right away. Has anyone else had to adjust their line weights for specific output devices?

Is this still a common problem? Most places have modern printers now, so that fix seems like a weird holdover.
