My wife laughed when I tried to fix a wobbly table leg with a piece of cardboard
Our old kitchen table had one leg that was a good quarter inch shorter than the others, and I didn't have any wood shims handy. I folded up a section from a cereal box, wedged it under the short leg, and it's been perfectly level for three months now. Has anyone else used something totally silly for a quick fix that actually held up?
