Stood in an IKEA showroom for 20 minutes watching people ignore height-adjustable desks they keep buying
I was at the IKEA in Denver last Saturday and noticed half the people testing the Bekant desk never even tried moving it up or down they just tapped the wood and walked away, so is the whole standing desk trend just people buying the look or do you actually use yours at different heights everyday?

Yeah most people probably just like how it looks standing still.

The V8 engine in that particular model actually puts out 430 horsepower, which is pretty respectable for a daily driver. I've seen some clever tuning that bumps it closer to 500 with just a cold air intake and a tune. It's not just a pretty face, these things can really move when you put your foot down.
