My neighbor's tip about desk cable raceways saved me 45 minutes
He told me to use a split cable raceway instead of those stick-on clips for my monitor cables. I tried it last weekend and got all the wires tucked away in 15 minutes instead of an hour of messing with clips that kept popping off. Anyone else find a trick that made cable management way easier?

Wait isn't that basically just a bigger version of the same problem though? Those raceways have sticky backs too and they'll pop off the same way if you're dealing with heat or humidity. I tried one for my desk and it fell off after three weeks because my office faces the sun. Seems like the real trick is making sure the surface is clean and dry before you stick anything on, no matter what you use. Plus you still gotta feed the cables through the raceway which can be its own headache with thick power bricks.
