My cable management count hit 47 zip ties and I lost count

I was building a new L-shaped desk last Saturday and decided to finally tidy up all the wires underneath. After routing everything through a cheap J-channel I found on clearance, I started counting zip ties as I cut off the tails. By the time I finished, I had used 47 zip ties just for the computer, monitor, and lamp cables. I didn't plan on hitting a specific number, but seeing all those little plastic ends on the floor made me realize how much clutter was hidden up there. Has anyone else ever counted their zip ties mid-project just to be surprised?

47 zip ties sounds like overkill for a desk lamp and monitor, but to each their own.
