Last week my cable management hack backfired big time

I spent like 4 hours last Sunday zip tying every wire under my new sit stand desk. Looked so clean. Then Tuesday i needed to move my monitor arm 2 inches to the left and had to cut 14 zip ties and redo everything. Ended up just buying a roll of velcro from Home Depot for $6. Has anyone else switched from zip ties to velcro and regretted not doing it sooner?

Fourteen zip ties for two inches of movement? Seems like you were going for a museum exhibit instead of a desk setup. Nothing wrong with velcro though, I switched years ago and never looked back. But let's not act like cutting some plastic ties is the end of the world. You spent more time typing this post than you did fixing the problem.
