Hit 50 tiny plant pots on my desk last week, didnt realize I had that many

I was moving stuff around to make room for a new pen holder and decided to count all the little succulents I've potted from cuttings. Turned out I had 50 of them spread across my desk and windowsill... didnt plan that at all. Each one came from a single plant I bought for $4 at a nursery about 8 months ago in Portland. I guess I got carried away with the propagation thing, just kept finding little jars and mugs to put them in. They actually make the desk feel more alive, but now I'm running out of space. Has anyone else ended up with way more desk plants than they meant to have?

Carried away with the propagation thing" is how you end up with 50 plants for REAL.

Read something the other day about how pothos cuttings in just water can go years without needing soil. Said they slow way down after a while but still survive. Makes me think we don't give our plants enough credit for being tough. I've got a snake plant cutting that's been in a jar for over a year now, just doing its thing. You're right though, once you learn how easy some plants are to root you can't stop. It's like a free plant addiction nobody warns you about.
