Appreciation post: a sprinkle of salt in my coffee grounds before brewing
I was skeptical but tried adding a tiny pinch of salt to my cheap grocery store grounds before brewing last week, and it cut the bitterness way more than I expected. Has anyone else tried this and found a specific ratio that works best for them?
