A 5-minute chat with a stranger made me question half my server list

Was in a pickup group for a dead game last night and the host mentioned they run a 12-person server where everyone actually logs in daily. Asked how, and they said they vet every member with a quick voice call, no exceptions. That hit different because I've got 40 servers I barely open, and now I'm wondering if the size is the problem, not the topic. Anyone else got rid of half their servers and felt better for it?

Wait, 12 people is still a pretty small server, so maybe the real trick is just having a tight group, not the exact number.
