Talked to a guy at the coffee shop who said my digital art looked too perfect and it messed with my head
He was just some random dude waiting for his latte, but he said my portraits had no 'mistakes' and that made them feel dead inside. I mean, idk, I spend hours smoothing out brush strokes and fixing anatomy. But he said real art has little flaws that make it human. Its been three days and I keep looking at my stuff wondering if he had a point. Has anyone else had a stranger's comment stick with them like that?

Random dude at a coffee shop drops unsolicited art criticism like he's the next Picasso. Gotta love people who think their latte art qualifies them as an expert on imperfection. Honestly, just tell him your digital art's real flaw is that it's too good for his taste. Maybe next time offer him a paintbrush and see how many 'human mistakes' he makes.

A buddy of mine spent a whole weekend painting a mural in his garage, just for himself. Some neighbor walked by and started telling him the sky should be more blue, like he was commissioned for the job or something. So my buddy handed him a brush and said "here, you fix it then." Guy just stood there, turned red, and walked off. Hope that guy at your coffee shop gets a similar dose of reality, @julia_burns9.
