My tablet driver crashed right before a big client review
I was about to present a finished character concept in a Zoom call when my screen froze and the pen pressure died. Had to quickly screen-share my rough Photoshop file instead and explain the vision, which actually got them more excited about the process.

That's the thing though, it didn't just work out fine by accident. You pulled it off because you knew your stuff and could talk through the idea. The tech failing just forced you to show your work, and clients love seeing that raw process. It's a good reminder that the tools can break, but the skill behind them is what really matters.
